Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. Your account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be initiated.

Transaction Verification

For security purposes, vb8vip may request identity verification for large transactions. If the required documents are not provided, the transaction may be delayed or suspended.

Welcome bonus

vb8vip offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to the use of the bonus.

Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds may only be used on approved games.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• vb8vip reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of bonus abuse or fraud.
• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period; expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.

The vb8vip VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%) and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Tier changes are based on the volume and consistency of play. vb8vip reserves the right to change the rules of VIP benefits.

All games offered on vb8vip are operated in accordance with fair play principles. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using any software or tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Colluding with other members to influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.

Violating these rules will result in the account being immediately suspended or closed, and any winnings earned may be forfeited.

Technical Errors

If a game result becomes uncertain due to a software or hardware fault, vb8vip reserves the right to cancel that round and return the bet amount. If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection, the last state saved on the server will be considered final.
